Stripe

Stands and events that give physical form to the experience of a digital brand

Stripe, a global leader in fintech, is synonymous with reliability in dematerialisation. Bringing a brand known for this positioning into a trade fair means giving it physical presence in a context that moves in the opposite direction, towards an explicit and visible presence. This intriguing creative tension inspired the first exhibition space we designed for the brand at Netcomm Forum.

The objective was to increase brand awareness and create opportunities for dialogue with decision makers across the digital ecosystem. To encourage conversation, we worked by subtraction, using clean surfaces, warm materials, genuinely comfortable seating, and carefully balanced lighting and graphics. The result was a space inspired by the welcoming feel of a living room, where Stripe’s visual identity is perceived through the atmosphere before it is seen in the logos.

The project evolved into a scalable system adaptable to different contexts, from TTG Travel Experience, where innovation and hospitality meet in an environment dedicated to tourism, to the following edition of Netcomm Forum. Each time the size and audience change, while the exhibition stand design starts from the same principles, with graphic dressing, technical and operational coordination, and on-site support during installation.

With Stripe Local Milan, the scope expanded from fit-out to the overall format. For the launch of this branded event dedicated to fintech trends and agentic commerce, we managed both logistics and the participant experience. The work began with the venue, Talent House by The Adecco Group, analysing its spaces, access points and the different moments shaping the participant journey: arrival, registration, orientation, talks, networking and breaks.

Based on this journey, we developed a coordinated system of physical and digital materials, from the invitation DEM to external and internal signage, from video assets for screens and projectors to wall banners. Each element responds to a specific moment in the journey. This reflects our approach to event management, where the brand experience begins with the organisation itself, always guided by an overall vision.

Spaces designed to become experiences

From stands at Netcomm Forum to events such as Stripe Local Milan, the collaboration with Stripe evolves through functional exhibition spaces aligned with the brand and a coordinated system of physical and digital touchpoints, designed to guide people and make the Stripe identity present throughout every stage of the experience.

Less display, more… connection

Clean surfaces, warm materials and welcoming furniture: for Netcomm Forum and TTG Travel Experience 2025, the stand area is designed to create an environment open to dialogue with the brand. Two projects that turn Stripe’s digital identity into an essential and recognisable physical presence, designed to encourage interaction with decision makers.
