Communicating in B2B often means helping companies convey their excellence beyond simply presenting differentiating features: explaining the benefits, putting the user at the centre, and finding the right language to preserve technical accuracy while translating complexity into a unique and compelling proposition. ATC – All Things Communicate brings the same level of care to B2B communication that is typically reserved for consumer brands, while always respecting the specific nature of dialogue between professional audiences.

As a B2B communications agency, we work across the entire B2B customer journey, from corporate events and trade fairs to digital communication and trade toolkits. At a trade fair, a B2B brand communicates while also creating opportunities for interaction. A stand needs to be easy to find, see, understand and experience, working both as a real space for business interactions and as a concept that supports the brand. ATC’s approach identifies objectives, technical or spatial constraints and opportunities together with the client, in order to create meaningful and memorable experiences. For years, we have supported Amazon Web Services at events dedicated to the Public Administration, transforming the stand each time into a welcoming and functional hub, with end-to-end support from creativity to logistics, including special activations such as engagement through virtual reality. Beyond the trade fair environment, we also turn the most refined venues into exclusive stages for brands. With Stripe, we give physical form to a natively digital identity, prioritising hospitality over special effects in order to convey reliability and substance, within a strong branding framework. For Arpa Industriale, meanwhile, an integrated concept incorporated into a stand built using the very materials on display became a tangible demonstration of the quality of the offer.

A trade material is used by a salesperson, in front of someone who can ask questions and raise objections. The value we bring to sales toolkits lies in making them practical, consistent and functional. For Trespa, this meant developing a positioning concept and translating it across different operational tools, so that the product-line brochures and sales force documentation box could work together as one synergistic system. The case of Homapal was different, where a collection of metallic laminates was enhanced through a sample box designed to make the extensive range of finishes easy to navigate. This attention to aesthetics in B2B is also reflected in our choice to offer clients, including in industrial communication, the use of photorealistic CGI renders whenever a photographic shoot is not feasible: a solution that enabled Trespa and Fenix to create virtual environments designed to showcase every technical and design aspect of their surfaces, while fully complying with all relevant requirements.

ATC is also a specialised partner in B2B branding, supporting industrial companies in defining their brand and its values. Our method includes an on-site workshop, where we review the evidence gathered together with the client and develop a framework that translates technical features into a value proposition that can be used consistently across every touchpoint. This work on positioning then continues through the development of both physical and digital deliverables. This was the case with Sevio, where branding was followed first and foremost by a clear, direct and professional company profile. For Atracsys, after defining the brand pillars, we created a website with a clear hierarchy and distinctive language for a niche market, where success depends on a small number of highly specific queries and where B2B lead generation matters more in terms of quality than volume. For Isola Ursa, the logo restyling was developed alongside a renewed digital environment designed to bring technicians, schools and potential partners together without having to build three separate websites.

Finally, B2B marketing also finds an important field of application in social media. One example is the employer branding project developed with Angst+Pfister, which speaks to talent and lives on LinkedIn, a platform used by the same engineers and buyers who also engage with the group as a supplier. Another is More, a consultancy primarily active in the pharma sector, for which we developed a digital communication framework spanning both website and social media.
