Angst+Pfister

How to give your professionals a voice and a face through dedicated photo and video shoots and a bespoke content format.

For Angst+Pfister’s employer branding, we gave a face and a voice to the people across the Swiss multinational group, at its Zurich headquarters and the Switzerland Innovation Park, as well as at its compounding and production sites in Bursa, Turkey.

The photo shoots, carried out together with photographer Massimo Bietti, portrayed employees across different moments of their professional lives, with manufacturing excellence, a collaborative atmosphere, diversity and inclusion told through images, while always keeping people at the centre. Alongside the photography, we also produced short corporate life clips across offices and production environments.

With director and videomaker Davide Aichino, we also filmed more than ten interviews in which employees talk about their professional roles alongside more personal aspects of their lives. The editing gave shape to “Meet Angst+Pfister”, a video format created by ATC around genuine video self-portraits, combining more formal aspects with unexpected comments to capture the spirit of life within the company.

This kind of production presents a particular challenge: the people in front of the camera are not actors, which means on-set support becomes an integral part of achieving a truly successful execution. As Alessandra De Bernardi, Head of Marketing Digital Innovation at Angst+Pfister, explains: “The ATC team knew how to engage with our people in a professional and enjoyable way; this helped everyone feel at ease during the photo and video shoots, allowing them to express themselves naturally.”

The result brings together institutional authority and authenticity, in line with the company culture the group promotes internally. Antonia Grande, Talent Acquisition Partner at Angst+Pfister, notes that the agency “was able to fully capture, through striking photography and original ideas, the essence of our corporate culture and the passion of our people”.

The photography and format are intended for the company’s website and social media channels, where a large share of the audience consists of the same engineers and buyers who engage with the group as a supplier. In this way, the corporate storytelling developed to attract talent also helps strengthen reputation among the different relevant B2B target audiences.

From the shooting to an authentic storytelling

The on-set work and the format created for the occasion, “Meet Angst+Pfister”, use photography, behind-the-scenes content and video interviews to build an authentic, human story around the company and its people, capturing their personality, professionalism and the spirit of the group.
