Stripe chose to partner with ATC – All Things Communicate to create physical experiences that bring together design, creativity and operational coordination, turning every opportunity for interaction into a touchpoint aligned with the brand’s identity and vision.
For the first edition of Stripe Local Milan, a branded event dedicated to Fintech and agentic commerce trends and aimed at companies
and professionals in the sector, ATC – All Things Communicate supported Stripe with logistics management and the development of the participant experience.
The project began with a study of the chosen venue, Talent House by The Adecco Group in Milan.
The agency analysed its spaces, access points and key moments in the journey: from guest arrival
and check-in to internal wayfinding, through to the areas dedicated to talks, networking sessions and breaks.
On this basis, ATC proposed, developed and finalised a coordinated system of physical and digital materials,
designed to guide participants through the different stages of the event in a coherent and functional way:
from the email invitation to external and internal signage, video assets for screens and projectors, and personalised wall banners.
Bringing a brand like Stripe into a trade fair context means translating a strongly digital identity into a physical experience that is coherent,
recognisable and able to generate meaningful connections, while maintaining the right balance between vision, precision and operational management.
For Netcomm Forum 2026, one of Italy’s key events for e-commerce and digital transformation,
Stripe once again entrusted ATC with the development of its exhibition space, continuing a path already established through previous trade fair experiences.
Building on validated design guidelines, the agency ensured visual continuity and brand consistency, adapting the stand to the new exhibition
context through careful management of the different phases of the project: from the graphic dressing of the space to technical
and operational coordination, through to on-site support during installation.
Even for the last 2025 edition, Stripe chose to strengthen its presence in the Italian market by relying on ATC to design and build its stand.
A project with a clear goal: to increase Stripe's brand awareness and create opportunities for dialogue with decision makers in the digital ecosystem. A space capable of embodying values, identity and vision of one of the most innovative brands in the electronic payments sector.
The stand was designed to convey the essence of the brand through an essential and welcoming visual language: clean surfaces, warm materials and comfortable furnishings. Light and graphics worked in synergy to build an experience designed to welcome, foster conversation and recreate a more familiar atmosphere, far from the traditional codes of the exhibition environment.
This design approach was also confirmed at the TTG Travel Experience 2025, Italy's leading event dedicated to tourism, innovation, and travel experiences. For Stripe, we have created a stand capable of translating technology into a concrete experience, where innovation and hospitality meet to create authentic connections. In collaboration with Stripe, we designed a space that reflects the brand's key values: innovation, simplicity, and connection, taking care of every detail, from creativity to space design to coordination with the event organization.
The result was a stand designed not only to “be there”, but to make a mark, generate new relationships, and transform trade fair participation into a concrete opportunity for business growth and development.
