Together with the international team for a more effective online communication

With a view to clearer and more immediate communication on online retail platforms, Friskies has chosen ATC for the creation of a workstream to support the international team: the goal is to provide the various markets with digital content useful for improving the brand’s online presence and to sponsor products on e-commerce platforms.

Advanced Content Playbook: a coherent look and feel to highlight brand identity

Thus was born the Advanced eContent Playbook project, which re-works the product information present on the packs, focusing on two main aspects: high user-friendliness, with a special focus on mobile experience, and a unique look and feel immediately attributable to Friskies.

Within the list of references, seven significant masters were selected for the product range, both for dog and for cat, for which assets were developed such as Advanced Images, eVideo and an eMerchandising Tool, which graphically represent the pluses, from benefits for pets to lists of ingredients. In this context, two photoshoots were organised for the NAC project, dedicated to products with No Artificial Colors. The photography, both for the dog and for the cat, highlight the naturalness of the croquettes, accrediting and enhancing the claim on the pack online as well.

The result is a complete set of assets to support brand communication on online retailer platforms: the eContents developed, which characterize e-commerce pages with a strong brand identity both above and below the fold, make the user experience of purchasing simple and appealing, while also creating a common design that enhances the brand’s products and gives shape to a specific international language of Friskies.
